dc.description.abstract The CBD technique was employed to grow CuS thin films of onto clean microscope glass slide substrates in which the bath was composed of very dilute copper chloride solution as a source of Cu2+ions and thiourea solution as a source of S2- ions. Structural properties were investigated and characterized using X- ray diffraction. The effect of deposition time on absorbance was investigated on the deposited films. en_US
