Abstract:
The Research on Employee Motivation and its impacts on Employee productivity, aims at the following goals in order to; to provide adequate satisfaction of working conditions given employees, to provide accessible and affordable health care systems in the work place, to recognize the needs of physically challenged persons in the organization, to improve awareness on employee satisfaction in the constituency, to promote good and human relation to the public and to promote open forums and seminars for capacity building in the constituency.
The methods of Research findings enhance accuracy and clear analysis of organizational performance. The use of interviews provide reliable and first hand information and questionnaires assisted me to collect the information because the time to conduct interview was limited.
