dc.description.abstract The general objective of the study will be to evaluate the effect of competency of interviewing panels on quality of organizational staff, specifically at Kisii Bottlers. Ltd. The study will be guided by the following specific objectives: To find the competency of interviewing panel in Kisii Bottlers Ltd, too find out quality of staff in Kisii Bottlers Ltd. The findings and recommendations of the study will be useful to the policy makers and management administrators who may use the study to design effective Human Resource Programs geared towards improving quality of through competency of interviewing panel. This study will also provide the knowledge required for the organization to understand the effect of competency of interviewing panel on quality of staff in Kisii Bottler Ltd Kisii Branch. This study will also add to the existing knowledge of competency of interviewing panel and quality of staff in organizations. The study will adopt a descriptive case study design to obtain pertinent and precise information on the current status of the phenomena, situations and groups under study. The study will be conducted at the Kisii Bottlers Ltd – Kisii Branch. Kisii Bottlers Ltd- Kisii branch Employees can be able to give relevant information on an evaluation of the effect of competency of interviewing panels on quality of organization staff at Kisii Bottlers Ltd – Kisii Branch. The accessible target population will be 240 employees and managers of Kisii Bottlers Ltd- Kisii Branch as per the HRD records, 2016). The data will be presented by us of frequency tables and percentage. Prior to summarizing the data, the questionnaires will be checked for completeness and accuracy. Data will be coded sequentially to ensure uniformity during presentation. It also will be involved in checking for completeness in relation to research questions. The words and phrases will be categorized based on research objectives. Data will be tabulated in form of frequency tables and percentage. A well compiled data will be employed for the purpose of explanation and description of findings which will assist in interpretation. en_US
