dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to examine factors that influence women operated micro scale business performance in Narok town. The study used a descriptive survey design. The target population of this study included 300 micro scale operating in Narok town. A sample of 30 women operated micro –scale businesses were selected randomly from the target population. This is 10 % of the target population and was selected randomly. A questionnaire was designed and used to collect the data from the respondents. The data was analyzed quantitatively .The percentages and frequencies was computed and the data presented using Percentages and frequencies. The data was presented in forms of tables and charts. This study is of great benefit to the entrepreneurs as it sheds light on the various aspects of success that are key to the growth of the businesses. The study results are of great benefit to the entire Town of Narok in terms of increased revenue generation from the businesses. The government is also a key beneficiary as it will enable in appropriate policy formulation. en_US
