MMU online asset management system

Abstract

This is a computerized system whose main aim is to aid in automating the process of capturing, storing and retrieval of asset records and have those records available at any time as required. It contains the introduction of the computerized system as to why this system is developed and how it works. The proposed MMU Online Asset Management system is easy to use and learn. It has high levels of security and therefore department users will not have any fear of losing their private information. A user can register assets at convenient place and view reports anytime. There is no room for multiple registrations of assets .The system uses basic computers which have become cheaper over time
