Members of the group and of the individual branches have to visit the office every time they want to apply for loans and fill forms. The chairman of the group also need to keep InTouch of what is happening in the group with all financial records of every transaction made being of equal importance. The office bearer also have to keep record of everything they do in every day also making every single record of every transaction. Also the co-founders of the organization also need to keep track of the proceedings of all transactions in order to know their profit or the loss they have made. This means they have to have a meeting at least every month.
The problems of the existing manual voting system include among others the following:
Expensive and Time consuming: The process of evaluating the client’s credibility tends to be tedious, expensive and time consuming. This is due to the need of making unnecessary calls to lias to the other branches whether the client have a loan with them or his credit status. Also un necessary meetings are held which makes it to be more time consuming. |
