dc.description.abstract This report documents the development of an E- Vote system an interactive public voting system to be deployed at a county level. The E-Vote project is motivated by the need to increase efficiency in the whole voting process in terms of voter regi tration, candidate registration and the actual voting process. The system should be deployed on an intranet and the database server located in a central place. Each voting booth will have a computer running the voter side of the system and at the entrance of the voting station there is a clerk who confirms whether the voter is registered. The system simulates what should happen on a national level with improvement and addition of interactive capability. The conclusion is that this application provide all the features required to carry out voting operation and their con equent management Extensive documentation will allow extension and change the simulation to fit a national election process. en_US
