ABSTRACRT In Kenya today people normally visit hospitals and medical centers at various times, Health is a great concern in the life of human being, as this actually states the pillars of the life. In life with that every human kind is subject to access quality health and proper medication. Currently the medication is majorly offered in public and private sectors. The systems used mainly in the hospital are manual, this involve the use of files and computerization of the details is very minimal. Thus the need to develop an online Hospital management system. The system will do the following • It registers patients to the system • Details of a patient can be updated • Patient can view results from the system • Check details electronically The above noticeable functions to be performed in the new system are evident that this system by far out do the paper based hospital system.
