Abstract:
BAJAMBA WHOLESALE STOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BWSMS) has been developed to help online selling of goods by enabling customers to place orders for goods over a computer network regardless of their location.
Chapter one focuses on the background information, problem statement, objectives of the proposed system and its scope, and the proposed budget. It also focuses on the hardware and software requirements together with the time schedule of the system.
Chapter two focuses on literature review. The current system is reviewed and compared with the proposed system.
Chapter three explains the methodology used, and why it was chosen for this type of system.
Chapter four is about the system analysis where various methods used to collect data are explained. The proposed system is analyzed using the information obtained.
Chapter five focuses on the system design. The design of the user interface and the database is done in this chapter. Data flow diagrams and entity relation diagrams are also
found in this chapter.
Chapter six is about the system implementation. Coding, testing, training users and ways of maintaining the system are found in this chapter.
Chapter seven focuses on limitations, conclusion and recommendation.
