dc.description.abstract Urban green spaces have long been integral to urban planning, offering a vital connection between city dwellers and the natural world. Sustainable development and urban well-being are increasingly influenced by policies and laws governing these green spaces. While some nations, like Singapore and England, have achieved notable success through stringent policies and effective implementation, others, such as Poland and Colombia, face challenges in coordination and enforcement. Africa confronts unique hurdles, from outdated regulations to bureaucratic delays.
