dc.description.abstract | The CBD technique was employed to grow CuS thin films of onto clean microscope glass slide substrates in which the bath was composed of very dilute copper chloride solution as a source of Cu2+ions and thiourea solution as a source of S2- ions. Structural properties were investigated and characterized using X- ray diffraction. The effect of deposition time on absorbance was investigated on the deposited films. | en_US |
