Abstract:
Talent Management Practices has been recognized by many authors as an important Human resource management practice. According to researchers, talent management practices are in the ever changing global environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of talent management practices in organizational performance in Kenya the specific objectives were to evaluate the influence of performance management methods on firm performance, to establish the influence of training and development on firm performance, to establish the influence of reward systems on firm performance, to assess the influence of employee empowerment on firm performance and to evaluate the influence of employee involvement and participation on firm performance. The scope of the study was the Ministry of Agriculture in Kenya. The study population focused on the ministry headquarters. Primary were used in the study. A structured questionnaire was used to collect the data.
