dc.description.abstract The world is becoming a global village. This has been brought about by rapid advance in technology that have affected the way people interact and conduct business. Online hopping system in particular have played a notable role in changing the procedure that are undertaken in the acquisition of good and services. Customers do not have to appear in tore physically anymore to get their need satisfied. The just need to log in their online shopping sites and buy them from there. There is therefore need to ensure that tore owner are able to present their products in a digital way that is appealing and that encourage online shopper to buy their products. Shoppers also need to be provided with a good and secure procedure to complete their online transactions. This is important for both parties to ensure they conduct business in the right way. en_US
